Refund & Cancellation Policy

Completed landscaping services are non-refundable. If you have a concern about our work, contact Sincere’s Pineneedles & Lawncare within 48 hours at 704-684-7101 or Tristanmoore@sinceres-pineneedles.com. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, correct the work or offer a future service credit.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled service may receive a refund of any deposit, less non-refundable costs already incurred. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in the deposit being applied to labor, scheduling, or materials. Materials that have already been purchased, delivered, installed, or specially ordered are non-refundable. Weather-related rescheduling does not carry a cancellation fee.
